• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days of item inspection, back to your original payment method.
• No returns/exchanges for custom-made or sale items.
